Waqt — meaning "time" — is a small, hand-run dealership in pre-owned Cartier and Rolex. No showroom volume, no upselling: just watches worth owning, sold by someone who has actually worn them.
Every piece is acquired directly from its previous owner or from a small, vetted network of dealers we've worked with for years. We don't take blind consignment — if a watch is listed, we've already held it, checked it, and decided we'd be comfortable wearing it ourselves.
Before anything is listed, movement, case, and dial are inspected by an independent watchmaker — not us, and not the previous owner. Findings are disclosed as-is: hairline scratches, service history, any deviation from original parts. Nothing is buffed out or left unmentioned.
Asking prices are benchmarked weekly against live secondary-market data — realized sale prices on platforms like Chrono24 and current dealer listings — rather than aspirational comparisons to retail. If a reference is trending down, our price reflects that; we're not trying to out-wait the market.
